ERP Data Specialist (SAP)

What you will do

• Create and maintain new SKUs in the SAP ERP system across all material types.
• Update product data, including bills of materials, routings, and material records.
• Audit, verify, and validate data to identify and correct errors and inconsistencies.
• Support data entry, analysis, modeling, and reporting across ERP and database systems.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, R&D, and Accounting/Finance teams on data needs and solutions.
• Identify and support process improvements that increase data accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; an associate degree or equivalent professional experience may be considered.
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing or warehouse inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, independence, and deadline management.
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Power BI and Copilot AI preferred.
