IM Transcend, Technology Deployment Leader (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States, or Beerse, Belgium

Base pay: $150,000–$258,750 annually

What you will do

• Establish deployment roadmaps for assigned products and platforms to deliver business and customer value.
• Balance business value, technical feasibility, cost, delivery efficiency, and product backlog priorities.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering teams to manage risks, dependencies, demand intake, and product constraints.
• Lead integrated solution builds and coordinate technical, regression, automation, load, and user acceptance testing.
• Ensure SDLC documentation, system configuration, compliance activities, and non-functional requirements remain up to date.
• Build partnerships with supply chain stakeholders and Technology Services to sustain digital solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• At least 15 years of professional experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP, standard technology practices, and pharmaceutical industry principles.
• Experience translating business requirements into product vision across product development, engineering, operations, and UX.
• Deep experience in product delivery planning, dependency management, execution, governance, backlog leadership, and release planning.
• Experience understanding business processes and value drivers, leading product ceremonies, tracking team metrics, and removing blockers.
