Senior AI Tech Consultant (ERP/SAP)

Location: Brussels, Belgium; frequent travel is required.

What you will do

• Support ERP-enabled business transformation programs across requirements gathering, solution design, testing, cutover, and go-live.
• Apply the SAP Activate framework and other ERP delivery methodologies.
• Contribute to business case development, PMO activities, and change management initiatives.
• Build expertise across SAP modules and end-to-end value streams such as Purchase-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash.
• Participate in client workshops and meetings to align solution scope with business priorities and transformation objectives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business Engineering or a digital-related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience working with ERP systems.
• Consulting or systems integrator background with functional SAP expertise in at least one module.
• Client-facing experience with exposure to PMO activities, delivery execution, or change management.
• Strong understanding of ERP delivery phases and large-scale program structures.
• Full professional fluency in English and either French or Dutch; willingness and flexibility to travel frequently.
