Business Development Internship (AI)

Location: Zurich, Switzerland; office-based internship

hirify.global is an ETH and HSG spin-off developing machine learning and computer vision products for autonomous driving, medical imaging, and visual inspection.

What you will do

• Conduct market research on industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities and leads through multiple channels.
• Prepare presentations, proposals, and business documentation.
• Capture and analyze customer feedback in the CRM to support product management.
• Collaborate with strategy, marketing, and operations on business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and/or English.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Business acumen and interest in B2B consultative solution selling.
• Passion for sales, technology, and innovation.
• Advanced MS Office or preferably G-Suite skills.
