TL;DR
Solutions Lead (AI) (Microsoft Power Platform/Salesforce Agentforce): Designing and governing enterprise AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications for industrial process control and automation with an accent on solution architecture, cybersecurity, data governance, and responsible AI. Focus on evaluating prototypes, defining production acceptance criteria, managing reusable components, and driving client adoption across Latin America.
Location: Latin America; 100% remote. Florianópolis office available for optional use.

What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes, pain points, and desired outcomes.
- Design AI assistants, agents, intelligent workflows, and low-code applications using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and Salesforce Agentforce.
- Assess feasibility, risk, and value for prototypes and proofs of concept before executive presentations.
- Apply cybersecurity, data governance, privacy, responsible-AI requirements, human review, and production approval gates.
- Define test cases and acceptance criteria covering accuracy, reliability, security, usability, and cost.
- Own implementation standards, reusable components, adoption targets, backlog prioritization, roadmap recommendations, and user enablement.
Requirements
- 8+ years delivering enterprise technology solutions, including at least 4 years in solution architecture, technical leadership, or lead consulting.
- Deep hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, permissions, environments, ALM, and enterprise governance.
- Production experience within the last 12–18 months designing and shipping agent or copilot solutions with Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Agentforce.
- Experience integrating Microsoft Graph, REST APIs, SharePoint, Teams, Salesforce, and at least one enterprise ERP.
- Understanding of enterprise generative AI, including grounding, LLM limitations, and human-in-the-loop requirements.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 or above is required for weekly client sessions.
Nice to have
- Microsoft or Salesforce certifications such as PL-600, PL-400, AI-102, or Agentforce Specialist.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, field service, or engineering services.
- IFS ERP experience and familiarity with AI governance frameworks or regulations.
- Prior fractional or advisory engagement experience.
