SAP TM Architect

What you will do

• Define and own end-to-end SAP TM solution architecture, including embedded TM in S/4HANA versus standalone TM.
• Design integrations between SAP TM, S/4HANA, SAP EWM, Event Management, GTS, carrier portals, and third-party systems.
• Act as the design authority by documenting key decisions, reviewing specifications, and ensuring consistency through delivery.
• Mentor Senior and Junior consultants across design, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
• Lead architecture workshops, demos, and solution contributions to RFP/RFI responses, including scope and effort estimation.

Requirements

• 8+ years of SAP TM experience, including 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Experience leading at least 3 full end-to-end SAP TM implementations, ideally multi-country rollouts.
• Expertise in SAP TM planning and optimization, freight orders, carrier management, freight settlement, and embedded and standalone TM.
• Experience integrating SAP TM with S/4HANA, SAP EWM, and SAP BTP/CPI; knowledge of BAdIs, PPF, Fiori, and basic ABAP analysis.
• Strong communication skills for defending architectural decisions and presenting to technical teams and C-level stakeholders.
• Polish at B2 level and English at B2 level required.
