Solution Architect (Banking)

Location: Hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,000–1,350 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Define the architecture vision, principles, and roadmap for Data Products and Domain APIs.
• Lead end-to-end solution architecture across multiple domains and delivery streams.
• Design scalable, secure, and resilient data and API solutions.
• Establish standards for Data Products, API design, governance, and API lifecycle management.
• Drive API-first, domain-driven, and event-driven architecture, including integration patterns and cross-domain dependencies.
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering, and enterprise architecture teams; mentor architects and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Solution, Domain, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong background in data, API, and integration architecture.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions across multiple teams and domains.
• Solid understanding of banking processes and Core Banking environments.
• Knowledge of Data Products, Data Mesh, Data Governance, API lifecycle management, Agile, DevOps, and Continuous Delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to define architecture roadmaps, standards, and non-functional requirements.
