IT Engineer (Platform & Automation)

Location: Paris, France; work format: hybrid

Salary: €70,000–€83,000 per year, plus €67,000–€120,000 in equity depending on level

What you will do

• Build and own internal provisioning, helpdesk automation, SaaS provisioning, and onboarding/offboarding pipelines.
• Manage identity, SSO/SAML, role-based access, access reviews, least-privilege models, and audit evidence.
• Own endpoint operations for the Mac fleet, including Kandji enrollment, blueprints, compliance, and Cloudflare WARP controls.
• Support clinic technology, healthcare-practitioner tooling, permissions, and escalation processes.
• Drive repeatable IT platform rollouts for new countries and acquired entities.
• Reduce IT toil through automation, documentation, mentoring, and technical standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT engineering, platform, systems, or corporate engineering with ownership of production-facing systems.
• Depth in at least one area such as platform automation, identity, endpoint, or security, plus broader experience across related domains.
• Ability to write code and work with Python, APIs, and pull requests in shared repositories.
• Structured problem-solving, ownership, autonomy, written communication, and strong documentation habits.
• Experience or comfort working with regulated environments, including health data, ACPR, ISO 27001, or HDS.
• Fluent English and professional French required.

Nice to have

• Experience with internal provisioning or identity-provider-driven automation platforms.
• Kandji or another MDM at scale, Cloudflare Zero Trust/WARP, or Datadog.
• Audit remediation, multi-country rollouts, acquisition integrations, or healthtech experience.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or leading a small crew.

Hiring process

• Technical exercises are used to determine the candidate’s level and corresponding salary and equity package.
• The first months include taking a project end-to-end and joining the IT on-call team as a technical escalation.
