France Belgium Africa HSE Coordinator (M/F)

Location: Montereau, France; regular travel across France, Belgium, and Africa, with occasional travel to other European locations.

What you will do

• Help define and implement cluster and country HSE management systems, goals, procedures, and priorities.
• Implement and support HSE projects focused on risk reduction, environmental impact reduction, process standardization, and PPE harmonization.
• Monitor HSE management system performance through KPI and leading/lagging indicator analysis.
• Coordinate HSE training and awareness activities, including weekly Safety Toolbox Talks for local teams and managers.
• Perform internal management system audits and cross-assessments.
• Manage relationships with workers' representatives, suppliers, plant managers, HSE managers, and European HSE stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar HSE position.
• Ability to coordinate HSE activities across France, Belgium, Ivory Coast, and Tunisia.
• Experience with risk analysis, regulatory management, event management, HSE KPIs, and internal audits.
• Willingness to travel regularly across France, Belgium, and Africa, with occasional travel elsewhere in Europe.
