What you will do
- Support the execution and monitoring of finance transformation projects.
- Assist with change management activities, including training materials, testing, and team communications.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams, stakeholders, and experienced finance professionals.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for finance process optimization.
Requirements
- Interest in finance transformation, process improvement, and emerging finance technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Interest in project management, communication, and teamwork.
- Excellent English is required for internal documentation and predominantly English-language meetings.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Basic understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
