TL;DR
Insurance Risk Management (f/m) (Aviation Insurance and Operational Risk): Managing insurable risks, insurance claims, and contractual insurance conditions for Airbus Helicopters and other Airbus entities with an accent on aviation, property liability, cyber, transport, employee benefits, and construction insurance. Focus on evaluating and mitigating operational risks, coordinating claims with brokers and legal stakeholders, and supporting insurance requirements in M&A and bid processes.
Location: Marignane, France, in the Marseille area; based at the Marignane site

What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and assess insurable risks across .
- Initiate and monitor risk mitigation and avoidance measures.
- Lead insurance claims through to full payment with business stakeholders, experts, brokers, and lawyers.
- Support product liability claims and follow up on their financial impact.
- Advise business partners on insurance matters and coordinate with Legal, Programs, Procurement, Sales, HR, sites, subsidiaries, brokers, and insurers.
- Provide insurance contract support for mergers and acquisitions, bids, and tenders, and deliver insurance awareness sessions and workshops.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Insurance, Business, Law, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in operational risk and insurance.
- Fluent or negotiation-level English is mandatory.
- French is a prerequisite.
- Reliability, autonomy, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple topics.
- Security clearance is required, or candidates must be eligible for clearance by the recognized authorities.
