Investment Banking Analyst/Associate (FIG)

What you will do

• Develop financial models and perform customized company valuation analyses.
• Participate in mergers and acquisitions, fixed income transactions, equity issuances, and refinancing projects.
• Prepare client presentations covering industry trends, client situations, financial advice, and recommended strategies.
• Help structure and execute transactions while managing transaction processes.
• Coordinate tax advisers, attorneys, and bankers across transaction teams.
• Lead due diligence processes, support legal-document negotiations, and maintain client communication.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across multiple groups and regions.
• Experience or interest in serving financial institution clients through investment banking advisory and financing activities.
