Financial Markets Client Control Senior Specialist

hirify.global provides Financial Markets Business Services within ING Wholesale Banking, supporting client and counterparty lifecycle controls across 27 countries.

What you will do

• Manage daily client control activities for Financial Markets and Global Treasury clients.
• Coordinate client onboarding, offboarding, client outreach, and post-trade monitoring.
• Act as the primary contact for Sales, Front Office, Global Treasury, Compliance, KYC, and business management teams.
• Monitor client compliance with regulatory requirements and support business continuity and risk mitigation.
• Identify, prioritize, diagnose, and resolve technical or functional issues in the client control area.
• Develop improvement ideas and drive their implementation in projects related to innovation and process change.

Requirements

• Fluent English, both verbal and written, with experience in an international environment.
• Experience with client communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with or knowledge of MiFID, EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank, or other financial regulations is a significant advantage.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excel and presentation skills.
