Senior Analyst (Collateral Management)

What you will do

• Execute and supervise daily collateral management activities, including margin call calculation, negotiation, communication, and agreement.
• Administer collateral movements, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA documentation.
• Investigate and resolve margin disputes, escalate settlement failures, and support credit risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with counterparties, risk managers, traders, and internal stakeholders on collateral-related operational matters.
• Improve operational efficiency and controls, review junior team members' work, and provide coaching and training.
• Prepare interest and fee statements, calculate applicable charges, and reconcile collateral-related transactions.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant experience in collateral management, financial markets operations, credit risk management, middle office, or securities operations.
• Strong understanding of financial market instruments, collateralized transactions, securities lifecycle, market practices, and risk management.
• Knowledge of CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA legal documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; Bloomberg experience is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
