Engineering/Manufacturing StandOut Winter Internship Summit (Manufacturing/Engineering)

Location: 6th of October, Egypt; onsite at P&G facilities and head office

What you will do

• Analyze equipment, organizational, and skills-related performance losses in packing and manufacturing operations.
• Identify improvement projects for production lines, including changeover, downtime, productivity, and process optimization.
• Develop technical problem-solving methods, maintenance tools, production management systems, and standardized work.
• Support equipment installation, startup, validation, quality audits, and investigations of non-standard production results.
• Coordinate with logistics, packing, projects, and other functions, and develop learning programs for operators and team leaders.
• Study site energy, water, waste, and defective-product management and propose practical sustainability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's student graduating in June 2027 or December 2027, studying at an engineering school or university.
• Good command of English.
• Technical excellence and rigor when executing defined plans.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with others.
• Capacity to analyze situations, find solutions, innovate, and reapply successful approaches.
