B2 Aircraft Engineer (with Base Maintenance Experience)

What you will do

• Perform and certify aircraft maintenance activities in line with approved data and Etihad authorization policies.
• Verify and certify your own work and the work of Aircraft Technicians.
• Lead and guide Technicians in safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance practices.
• Complete maintenance documentation, checklists, and inspection records accurately and on time.
• Prepare and maintain tools, parts, equipment, documentation, vehicles, and work areas.
• Promote safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and positive reporting across the team.

Requirements

• High School Leaving Certificate, diploma, university degree, or college degree.
• Valid Aircraft Maintenance License: GCAA, EASA Part-66, or an ICAO license convertible to GCAA.
• 7–10 years of aircraft maintenance experience, including at least 5 years of certifying experience in a base or light maintenance environment.
• 2–3 years of certifying experience on at least two Etihad aircraft type ratings at Level 3, with valid company authorization.
• Experience with Airbus A320, A330 NEO, A350, A380, Boeing 777, or Boeing 787 aircraft types.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, safety, quality, and operational excellence skills.
