Mechanical QC Inspector (QC Coordinator)

What you will do

• Support quality control procedures for vendor documentation and report to the assigned QC Engineer.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs to identify quality, engineering, and inspection requirements.
• Manage RFIs, IRNs, inspection requests, inspection scheduling, and the closure of inspection records.
• Prepare ITPs, approved drawings, project specifications, procedures, and inspection reports.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, third-party inspection agencies, QC inspectors, procurement, and the client.
• Assist with vendor and subcontractor evaluation, monitoring, qualification, and quality metric development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in QA/QC or inspection coordination, depending on project requirements.
• ADNOC project experience is preferred.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organization, analytical thinking, communication, report-writing, problem-solving, teamwork, and attention to detail.
