Middleware Product Owner

What you will do

• Own the middleware service roadmap for the OASIS program and align it with transformation objectives.
• Define standard service scopes, reference architectures, operational models, and deployment practices.
• Drive standardization, simplification, governance, compliance, and lifecycle management across accounts.
• Lead automation, platform rationalization, modernization, and containerization initiatives where applicable.
• Monitor service performance, stability, KPIs, and continuous improvement activities.
• Act as the primary interface between SMEs, engineering and delivery teams, and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on and architectural expertise with WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss/WildFly, Tomcat, MQ, ESBs, and other enterprise integration solutions.
• 8+ years of middleware engineering or operations experience and 3–5 years in a Delivery Lead role.
• Experience with multi-account global delivery at scale and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, platform rationalization, infrastructure-as-code, and AI agent design with quality data feeds.
• Strong understanding of EOS/EOL tracking, security patching, SOX, ISO 27001, and ITIL.
• Excellent stakeholder management, executive reporting, and communication skills.
