Director, Corporate Security

Location: Shugart, Singapore; no travel required

hirify.global Technology operates a global Corporate Security and Investigations organization focused on protecting people, assets, intellectual property, operations, and reputation.

What you will do

• Lead the global investigations program and set priorities based on organizational risk and business impact.
• Manage investigators across multiple regions, including the pre-employment background check function, with responsibility for coaching and performance leadership.
• Conduct and oversee sensitive investigations involving misconduct, fraud, corruption, retaliation, workplace threats, conflicts of interest, data misuse, intellectual property theft, asset misappropriation, supplier integrity, and insider threats.
• Partner with Human Resources, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, Information Security, Internal Audit, and business leaders throughout investigation lifecycles.
• Brief executive leadership and prepare reports, dashboards, metrics, risk assessments, and recommendations for high-risk matters.
• Improve investigation methodologies, case management systems, analytics, reporting, crisis response, M&A due diligence, and supplier integrity reviews.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading complex corporate investigations in a multinational environment.
• At least 10 years of investigations experience with progressively increasing leadership responsibility.
• Experience managing global teams and cross-functional programs, with strong interviewing, evidence analysis, report writing, and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Security Management, Law, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in technology, manufacturing, supply chain, or another global corporate environment.
• Familiarity with digital forensics, insider risk investigations, eDiscovery, data analytics tools, and AI-enabled investigative tools.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree such as a JD or MBA.
• Professional certification such as CFE, PCI, CFI, CPP, or an equivalent credential.
