Associate Manager - Investor Services AML (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead and oversee AML/KYC activities in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Manage internal and external audits, coordinate responses, and oversee remediation of findings.
• Liaise with regulators, auditors, Compliance, Risk, and senior stakeholders on AML/KYC matters.
• Identify control gaps and drive process, control, and system enhancements.
• Partner with Technology and Operations on requirements gathering, testing, and system improvements.
• Guide the team through complex and high-risk AML/KYC cases while monitoring regulatory developments.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of AML/KYC, CDD/EDD, sanctions, Source of Wealth, and Source of Funds requirements.
• Experience managing audits, regulatory requests, remediation, and control enhancement initiatives.
• Experience with AML/KYC system implementation or enhancements.
• Previous management experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, investor services, banking, or financial services.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, communication, and Microsoft Office skills.

Nice to have

• CAMS certification or progress toward CAMS.
