What you will do

• Drive the electronic trading governance and control framework globally by partnering with senior leadership.
• Manage the onboarding of new electronic trading activities across FICC and Equities for committee approval.
• Develop and maintain tools and data-driven processes to assist Business Supervisors in risk oversight.
• Coordinate global automated trading risk assessments, certifications, and review operational risk events.
• Develop key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the supervisory control framework.
• Liaise with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and Internal Audit divisions and support regulatory interactions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of risks and controls across electronic trading and sales and trading businesses.
• Knowledge of revenue generative functions and software-driven risks.
• Proven experience in project management and building stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in process redesign and executing strategic concepts from inception to implementation.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in Hong Kong or Singapore.
