Manager - Consumer Data Insight

What you will do

• Lead a team of approximately 2–3 research analysts and ensure consistent, high-quality actionable insights.
• Build strong relationships with senior client stakeholders and understand their strategic and tactical priorities.
• Deliver analytics, insights, reports, and tactical client training across brand health, segmentation, usage and attitudes, customer experience, shopper, and qualitative research.
• Manage internal stakeholders and projects, translating client requirements into high-quality research and analytics deliverables.
• Coach and develop analysts, encourage innovative approaches, and share best practices across internal teams.
• Identify opportunities through client engagements and coordinate handoffs to account development.

Requirements

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification with at least 5 years of experience in data analytics and delivery, consumer insights, or a related field.
• Experience working in an analytical environment and awareness of market trends, data analytics products, services, and business models.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship-building, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Coaching or managerial experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time.
• Problem-solving and solutions-oriented approach with effective time management and prioritization.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
