What you will do

• Prepare and assemble materials for client meetings.
• Review carrier and client deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Support client service teams with project management and enrollment materials.
• Attend industry education sessions and shadow client meetings.
• Build practical experience in insurance, risk management, client management, and sales career pathways.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Communication, Business Management, Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detailed, organized, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional relationship-building skills with managers, employees, and peers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and permanent U.S. work authorization without current or future sponsorship needs.
