Corporate Attorney (AI)

hirify.global is engaging corporate attorneys for an AI training project focused on corporate legal content.

What you will do

• Review and annotate merger agreements, purchase agreements, bylaws, and financing documents.
• Draft corporate scenarios, deal hypotheticals, and research materials covering M&A, governance, securities, and entity structuring.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for accuracy and consistency with U.S. corporate law.
• Develop guidelines and quality standards for corporate legal training data.
• Identify drafting issues, ambiguity, and legal risks, and explain complex corporate law concepts clearly.

Requirements

• Corporate law expertise, including M&A, securities law, corporate governance, and commercial contracts.
• Experience with legal document analysis, legal drafting, and transactional documentation.
• Strong critical thinking and written communication skills.
• U.S.-based corporate law practitioner.
• 3+ years of substantive corporate law experience.
• Hands-on experience drafting and negotiating transactional documents.

Nice to have

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school.
• Active U.S. bar license in good standing.
• Buy-side and sell-side M&A experience.
• In-house, General Counsel, judicial clerkship, law journal, or legal training experience.
