Client Funding Operations Specialist (Fintech)

What you will do

• Process client deposits, withdrawals, and internal transfers across trading platforms and payment channels.
• Reconcile client accounts, platform balances, and bank statements.
• Prepare daily and weekly funding reports and account status updates.
• Monitor unusual funding activity, trading anomalies, operational discrepancies, and payment-channel performance.
• Resolve transaction exceptions and client funding queries while supporting AML/CTF checks and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze funding data, optimize processes, and test new funding products and system maintenance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in the CFD or financial services industry is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
