Associate, Investor Services

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

• Process investor dealing orders, tax documents, settlement instructions, contract notes, and monthly statements.
• Obtain and review investor KYC documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date fund, investor, and transaction records.
• Follow up on outstanding investor documents and respond to enquiries from investors, fund managers, and auditors.
• Prepare and deliver required reports to fund managers within agreed timeframes.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and deliver accurate work on time.
• Willingness to work under pressure and overtime when required.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
