Associate, Investor Services (Fintech)

Location: Sydney, Australia; hybrid work model

What you will do

• Process investor dealing orders, tax documents, transaction contract notes, and monthly statements.
• Obtain and review investor KYC documentation for regulatory compliance.
• Maintain accurate fund, investor, and transaction records.
• Process settlement instructions and follow up on outstanding investor documentation.
• Deliver reports to fund managers and respond to enquiries from investors, fund managers, and auditors.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in transfer agency or investor services, preferably in hedge funds.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Excellent client service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime.
• Ability to work in the Sydney hybrid arrangement.
