Senior IT Applications Specialist (Integration)

What you will do

• Assess integration and API requests, document business outcomes, data requirements, dependencies, risks, and non-functional requirements.
• Design reusable integration solutions aligned with enterprise architecture, security, and integration standards.
• Develop, test, and implement SnapLogic pipelines, APIs, Azure cloud integrations, scripts, data mappings, transformations, validations, and error-handling processes.
• Support integration applications, APIs, and platform services according to operating practices, KPIs, and SLAs, and resolve complex issues across applications, middleware, APIs, and data.
• Improve integration standards, patterns, frameworks, governance, automation, reliability, and supportability while contributing to knowledge sharing and coaching.
• Engage with business, IT, architecture, delivery, and shared-services stakeholders and communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise integration, including requirements analysis, hands-on development, and support and maintenance.
• Extensive hands-on experience with SnapLogic or similar integration tools such as Dell Boomi, Webmethods, or Workato.
• Hands-on experience building SnapLogic pipelines and APIs integrated with Azure services, including Service Bus and Cosmos DB, and connecting enterprise applications such as Workday and Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience with APIs, pipelines, data mapping and transformation, scripts, validations, and error handling.
• Strong understanding of integration architecture, API lifecycle management, data integration, and reusable design patterns.
• Strong analytical, creative, systematic, and detail-oriented problem-solving approach, with a commitment to high-quality solutions.
• Excellent functional and technical documentation and technical requirements-gathering skills.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, accountability, communication, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum ceremonies, application development and support in a Global Shared Services setup, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
