Supply Chain/Manufacturing Intern (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in the United States; anticipated summer 2027 locations include Florence, Kentucky; Savannah, Georgia; Suffolk, Virginia; Watertown, Wisconsin; and Wilmington, Delaware. Rotational assignments may involve travel across multiple facilities.

What you will do

• Support safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Assist with process, manufacturing, project engineering, maintenance, automation, and continuous improvement projects.
• Analyze operational and production data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Present project results and recommendations to site leadership.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's or master's program in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Strong analytical, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.

Nice to have

• Interest or experience in manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, maintenance, continuous improvement, or plant operations.
