Expert Application Security Specialist – IAM / SailPoint IIQ

Location: Remote or hybrid from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa, or Łódź; hybrid work requires 2–3 days per week from the office.

Salary: 800–1,200 PLN/day on a B2B contract

What you will do

• Analyze application security and user access management data.
• Identify inactive, excessive, or unnecessary permissions and recommend corrective actions.
• Manage the onboarding and cleanup of access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Application Managers, IT teams, system providers, and RACF/IAM specialists.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM, application security, access management, and conflicting access requirements.
• Support project prioritization and scope management while identifying risks and mitigation measures.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, especially access groups, user accounts, and service accounts.
• Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management, application security, access reviews, and permission analysis.
• Experience with business applications, IT processes, application access management, user administration, or application security.
• Experience collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, Application Managers, system providers, and RACF/IAM Subject Matter Experts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good understanding of risk management, prioritization, and change management in project environments; a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field is preferred.
