MFA & IAM Specialist (Cybersecurity)

Location: Hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 3 days per week in the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Act as a technical subject matter expert in a multifactor authentication project.
• Support and improve Identity and Access Management processes, including Active Directory group management.
• Troubleshoot complex authentication issues using system and application logs and diagnostic tools.
• Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure secure integration across systems.
• Maintain authentication system stability and drive continuous improvements.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with on-premises and hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and Active Directory group memberships.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills with system and application logs.
• Experience collaborating with technical stakeholders and subject matter experts.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.
• Availability for hybrid work from Gdynia, Gdańsk, or Warszawa, with 3 office days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with Group Policy Objects and network infrastructure.
• Familiarity with VPN technologies, including Cisco AnyConnect.
• Knowledge of SAML integrations, including VPN integrations.
• Experience with Windows Hello for Business and Entra ID.
