Supervisor, AP & Procurement Operations

Location: Parsippany, New Jersey, United States (Hybrid)

Salary: $126,300–$135,000 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including procurement, vendor setup, invoice processing, payment coordination, and shared-services governance.
• Control contract intake, approval routing, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and compliance with the PO-before-service policy.
• Coordinate lease intake, renewals, payments, invoice validation, and collaboration between Accounting, Facilities, Legal, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
• Design and enforce preventive controls supporting SOX requirements, financial reporting, expense recognition, and sales and use tax compliance.
• Own procurement and P2P systems, standardize workflows and approval matrices, and drive automation and process improvements.
• Manage a Purchasing Analyst, lead compliance reviews and reporting, and coordinate P2P issues across IT leadership, Legal, Procurement, Tax, and shared services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 7–10+ years of experience in finance operations, procurement, procure-to-pay, or accounting.
• Strong understanding of P2P processes, financial controls, contract execution, vendor management, and invoice operations.
• Experience designing and enforcing cross-functional processes, approval workflows, and preventive controls.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder management, and accountability-driving skills.
• Experience in shared services or global service delivery models and SOX/ICFR-controlled environments is preferred.
