What you will do
- Establish and govern QA strategies, processes, and quality controls across the Data Tribe.
- Lead and coach QA Chapter Leads and Engineers, supporting technical growth and competency development.
- Oversee validation for data pipelines, migrations, integrations, reporting applications, and data quality risks.
- Coordinate with Development, Product, and Infrastructure stakeholders to resolve high-impact quality blockers.
- Forecast testing efforts, manage capacity against project roadmaps, and oversee vendor billings, audits, and test unit utilization.
- Monitor QA metrics and delivery performance while leading test optimization and process standardization initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience leading QA teams and driving QA best practices across manual and automated testing.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks such as Katalon, Katalon TCM, or Perfetto.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting, and data validation for complex testing and troubleshooting.
- Experience testing data pipelines, migrations, ETL processes, reporting applications, or data quality platforms.
- Knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps practices and their integration with automated testing.
- Experience with QA metrics, testing effort analysis, capacity planning, and resource forecasting.
