What you will do

  • Execute test strategies, solution validation, and delivery activities across assigned projects.
  • Analyze test results, communicate quality outcomes and risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with teams responsible for testing, certification, and quality activities across products and solutions.
  • Perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis for technical, operational, and application-related issues.
  • Assess requirements, identify risks, and recommend appropriate testing and validation approaches to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support test automation, self-service capabilities, process improvements, and technology initiatives that improve scalability and client experience.

Requirements

  • Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, including experience resolving client issues.
  • Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, networking concepts, and modern digital platforms.
  • Ability to provide technical consultation to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptability, curiosity, and commitment to continuous learning in technology and payments.

Nice to have

  • Experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, implementation, certification, client support, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Experience supporting technology transformation, automation, self-service platforms, or process improvement initiatives.
  • Experience using data and operational insights to drive recommendations and improve client outcomes.
