Consultant, Software Test Engineering (Fintech)

What you will do

• Lead test strategy, solution validation, certification, and delivery activities across multiple projects and products.
• Design and review test approaches, test artifacts, validation activities, and quality standards.
• Analyze risks, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend preventive measures.
• Communicate project status, quality outcomes, risks, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Support test automation, self-service capabilities, reusable frameworks, and process improvements.
• Provide technical consultation, coach team members, and contribute to strategic technology initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• Experience in payments, financial services, technology consulting, implementation, certification, client support, or customer-facing technical roles.
• Experience with APIs, web services, system integrations, networking concepts, and modern digital platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, advise stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and make independent decisions.
• Digital fluency, including the ability to use generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot.

• Experience supporting technology transformation, automation, self-service platforms, or process improvement initiatives.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, continuous improvement, and customer-centric solution delivery.
• Experience using data and operational insights to improve client outcomes and support business objectives.
