What you will do
- Deliver complex software testing, certification, and solution validation activities across products and client-facing services.
- Translate business, product, and technical requirements into test strategies, validation approaches, and delivery plans.
- Design, develop, and review test plans, test cases, test artifacts, and automation assets.
- Validate functional and non-functional requirements, including security, performance, scalability, availability, and usability.
- Investigate technical, operational, and application-related issues through structured troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Provide testing guidance to stakeholders, review peer deliverables, mentor junior team members, and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in technology, payments, banking, financial services, or a related technical field.
- Experience delivering testing, validation, certification, implementation, or technical support activities for software solutions and client-facing services.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, validation activities, and readiness assessments for complex technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent activities, respond to technical queries, and provide practical recommendations.
- Digital fluency, including the ability to use emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools to support everyday work.
