Sr. Manager, Identity and Access Management

Location: Remote, USA, with flexibility to work from the Hoffman Estates, Illinois or Austin, Texas office as desired or needed.

Base compensation: $190,000–$225,000 per year, with potential annual performance bonus and other applicable incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead the Identity and Access Management team, technology portfolio, services, strategy, and performance metrics.
• Develop and improve identity governance, privileged access management, machine identity, and secrets management standards.
• Architect, design, build, implement, and operate IAM, PAM, IGA, and secrets management solutions.
• Design secure machine identity and secrets management patterns for modern applications and cloud environments.
• Automate user lifecycle management, access provisioning, validation, and de-provisioning.
• Partner with security operations, product, platform, technology, and business teams, including providing 24x7 tier 2/3 support.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in identity and access management, including 3 or more years in a security operations leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• Experience securing Microsoft 365 environments and managing privileged access across hybrid on-premises and cloud environments.
• Extensive experience with user lifecycle and access provisioning automation using modern IGA tools.
• Experience partnering with product and platform teams on secrets management for application development and deployment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
