TL;DR
[Agentic AI] Technical Delivery & Platform Experience (TPM / QE / Data / UX) (AI platforms, software, quality, data, and UX): Driving technical execution, validation, analytics, and user experiences for next-generation AI PC platforms with an accent on cross-functional delivery, platform readiness, and AI workload analysis. Focus on leading complex programs, building test automation and telemetry, and shaping conversational AI and product experiences.
Location: Taipei, Taiwan. Candidates must perform the job in Taipei and be authorized to work in Taiwan.

What you will do
- Drive technical program execution and cross-functional delivery for next-generation AI platforms.
- Lead quality engineering, system validation, test automation, and release readiness.
- Develop telemetry, platform metrics, analytics, and executive reporting.
- Analyze AI workloads and support AI platform and systems software initiatives.
- Shape UX/UI design, AI product experiences, and conversational AI experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, statistics, human-computer interaction, design, or a related discipline.
- Typically 8+ years of experience in technical program management, quality engineering, validation, analytics, data science, UX design, or related fields.
- Experience leading cross-functional projects or initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within software, platform, AI, or engineering organizations.
- Authorization to work in Taiwan and ability to perform the job in Taipei.
Nice to have
- Experience in software quality engineering, system validation, machine learning analytics, platform metrics, telemetry, UX research, product design, or AI product experience.
- Background as an engineering manager, technical lead, program lead, quality leader, analytics professional, data scientist, or product designer.
