Master Scheduler (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule using customer demand, forecasts, inventory, materials, and production capacity.
• Analyze labor, equipment, and capacity constraints, identify bottlenecks, and adjust schedules to meet production and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with Procurement and Materials Planning to resolve shortages and supply risks and prevent production delays.
• Monitor production performance, identify schedule delays, take corrective action, and escalate delivery risks.
• Participate in SIOP meetings, assess forecast changes, and provide capacity, inventory, and demand-scenario recommendations.
• Prepare KPI reports covering schedule attainment, schedule adherence, OTD, fill rate, capacity utilization, and past-due orders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in production planning, master scheduling, supply chain, SIOP, or manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Sage, or JD Edwards.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, MPS, MRP, capacity planning, and inventory planning.
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI and data reporting experience is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
