Senior Manager, Asia ETF Capital Markets

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the designated hirify.global office and one day outside the office.

What you will do

• Lead and support client engagement across ETF education, trading, execution, product structure, performance, liquidity, and investment strategies in the APAC region.
• Produce quantitative analytics, research, market insights, and trading content for internal and external audiences.
• Build visualization tools and interactive applications, automate tasks, and improve data capabilities and business workflows.
• Analyze ETF trading data, support pre-trade analytics and reporting, and improve execution and liquidity services.
• Collaborate with ETF Portfolio Management, Operations, Technology, product development, research teams, and external data vendors.
• Act as the Capital Markets contact for Asia-focused initiatives across the global ETF business.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent and 5+ years of relevant ETF experience.
• Strong knowledge of ETF mechanics, including pricing, creations and redemptions, liquidity, spreads, premiums, and discounts.
• Multi-asset knowledge covering fixed income, equities, derivatives, and FX, plus an understanding of regulatory frameworks.
• Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, VBA, or C++, along with SQL and relational databases.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and strong analytical, problem-solving, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage simultaneous projects independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
