Visual Merchandiser (Temporary)

Location: Hong Kong; frequent travel and onsite store visits required.

What you will do

• Support regional visual merchandising strategy and adapt global guidelines for windows, in-store displays, store architecture, inventory, and local market needs.
• Coordinate communication between stores, travel retail partners, corporate teams, store management, and external business partners.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on visual rollouts, store visits, installations, photo reviews, and weekly field recaps.
• Coordinate purchase orders, budgets, invoices, vendors, props, fixtures, mannequins, furniture, and international shipments.
• Train visual merchandising talent, store associates, and new hires on brand standards and guidelines.
• Support new store openings, events, special projects, and selected retail maintenance activities.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of visual merchandising, installation, and store operations experience with a luxury goods retailer.
• Strong organizational, management, multitasking, written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
• Fluent Mandarin and English required.
• Ability to balance maintenance and installations on a rolling calendar and work early mornings, evenings, and weekends when needed.
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects with aggressive timelines, and travel frequently.

• Photoshop and Illustrator proficiency.
