TL;DR
Head of Market Access Strategy (Health Economics/MedTech): Leading market access strategy for innovative medical products, covering value propositions, evidence generation, NRDL access, and commercial health insurance pathways with an accent on pricing, health economics, and innovative access models. Focus on building end-to-end APM strategy and operations, supporting CSI access, and developing the market access team.

What you will do

  • Lead the market access strategy team for launched and imminently launching products.
  • Develop product value propositions and evidence-generation strategies.
  • Support the CMA team with NRDL access activities.
  • Build innovative access strategies beyond NRDL and own end-to-end APM strategy and operations.
  • Develop commercial health insurance plans focused on CSI and support CSI access activation.
  • Develop the market access team and collaborate with business-unit and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in market access and health economics.
  • Capability in pricing strategy, market opportunity assessment, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Knowledge of competitive landscape analysis, customer intelligence, and market intelligence.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead strategic change.
  • Technical credibility, commercial awareness, and tactical planning skills.
