Focus on identifying planning risks, resolving disruptions, adjusting production plans, and driving continuous improvement.
Location: Indonesia - PTMI EAST; willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia

What you will do
- Develop and maintain production plans based on customer demand and business priorities.
- Balance production capacity, inventory, and material availability.
- Coordinate with production, supply chain, logistics, and other functions to support smooth operations.
- Monitor production performance and adjust plans when needed.
- Identify risks, resolve planning issues, and minimize operational disruptions.
- Lead planning meetings and drive continuous improvement in planning processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in production planning, supply chain, manufacturing, or a related area.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems and production planning is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Cikarang, Bekasi, Indonesia.
