Manager, Qualitative Research (Consumer Insights)

What you will do

• Lead qualitative research studies across local, regional, and global markets, sectors, categories, and business issues.
• Drive issue-based analysis, proactive insights, analytical presentations, and consultative client storytelling.
• Deliver high-quality data, analysis, reporting, presentations, and actionable recommendations.
• Build strong client relationships through empathetic understanding and advisory support.
• Support continuous innovation by applying new techhirify.globalues and technologies to qualitative research.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in qualitative research.
• Practical experience with moderation, focus groups, ethnography, in-depth or expert interviews, and projective techhirify.globalues.
• Strong research discipline and the ability to combine quantitative and qualitative research.
• Experience leading qualitative research output and supporting client engagement and management.
• Experience with ethnography, semiotics, design thinking, or UI/UX is valuable.
