Pricing Manager (SaaS/Marketplace)

Location: Remote within Brazil. The role requires existing legal right to work in Brazil or the candidate's country of residence. Visa sponsorship is not available.

What you will do

• Lead the listing-based pricing rollout across markets and define clear targets and weekly execution cadence.
• Own the segment's ARPU target through discount discipline, package mix changes, and market-specific price resets.
• Identify pricing opportunities, develop recommendations for GTM leadership, and translate decisions into rollout plans.
• Align sales, local commercial, and global teams on pricing decisions without formal authority.
• Generate data-driven optimization hypotheses and design behavioral experiments before scaling pricing changes.
• Maintain country price lists and update budget assumptions in internal systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pricing, ideally in SaaS or marketplace businesses.
• Direct experience working with GTM or sales leaders on pricing decisions.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to explain complex numbers clearly.
• SQL skills sufficient to retrieve personal data and strong Google Sheets skills.
• Professional English at B2 level or above, including meetings and written communication.
• Degree in economics, mathematics, business, or a related field.
