Lead Product Data Analyst

Location: Remote; hiring in São Paulo or Belo Horizonte, Brazil, Mexico, Peru, and Colombia.

Base salary: $75,000–$100,000 USD annually.

hirify.global operates an on-demand marketplace for lawn care and outdoor services and is expanding into a broader home-services platform.

What you will do

• Analyze the Pro supply side of the marketplace, including retention, ETA, pricing, service quality, and related business metrics.
• Run analyses ranging from A/B tests to multivariate models using advanced SQL and Python or R.
• Create and maintain trusted, current reporting and dashboards for product and business stakeholders.
• Build clean, documented datasets and models in the data warehouse using dbt.
• Partner with product managers, researchers, and stakeholders on prioritization, assessments, and business recommendations.
• Improve self-service access to data through reports, datasets, documentation, and training.

Requirements

• Advanced SQL skills and experience with data modeling and transformation.
• Intermediate Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with analytics engineering and dbt.
• Ability to work autonomously as an individual contributor and act as a trusted thought partner.
• Strong business focus, intellectual honesty, and ability to connect analysis with decisions and product outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lightdash or similar BI and self-service reporting tools.
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot for SQL, dbt, scripting, and reporting workflows.
