Business Performance Analyst

Location: Hybrid or remote from Poland, Spain, or Ukraine

What you will do

• Analyze product data to identify opportunities and execute projects that drive user growth and engagement.
• Work with product teams to evaluate existing features and support successful implementation of new features.
• Analyze and balance game economies to support revenue optimization.
• Evaluate A/B testing results and trends among players.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of analytical work experience, preferably in web, mobile, e-commerce, or online gaming.
• BA/B.Sc. in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying large, complex datasets.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience leading data-driven projects from definition through execution.
• Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and models is an advantage.
