Manufacturing Plant Director for Juarez, Mexico (Manufacturing)

Location: On-site at the manufacturing plant in Juarez, Mexico. Travel may include up to 10% domestic and international travel.

What you will do

• Lead plant employees and oversee manufacturing operations, supply chain, cost, quality, and employee relations.
• Manage environment, health, safety, regulatory, and security practices in accordance with legal and company requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and sustainable performance through lean six sigma methods and technology.
• Develop strategic plans and budgets, using financial analysis to support profitability and informed operational decisions.
• Manage inventory, influence supplier performance, and improve end-to-end supply chain responsiveness.
• Lead employee engagement and inclusion programs while maintaining high ethical and legal standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in a manufacturing or production facility.
• At least 5 years of experience in a plant leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is listed as an additional qualification.
