What you will do

• Manage and expand relationships with complex institutional securities lending clients.
• Advise senior client stakeholders on strategic initiatives, service enhancements, and business objectives.
• Develop solutions addressing evolving client needs and securities lending industry challenges.
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure high-quality service delivery and timely issue resolution.
• Educate clients on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry trends.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities, develop pricing strategies, and manage client profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field preferred.
• 10+ years of financial services experience, including at least 5 years in securities lending, trust, asset servicing, custody, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of securities lending products, borrower and collateral structures, and industry practices.
• Understanding of financial markets, investment management, and portfolio management concepts.
• Proven experience managing complex institutional client relationships.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills.
