What you will do

• Write, review, test, and ship production code on a primary client platform.
• Design and implement end-to-end features from technical approach through release.
• Build secure and reliable communication between client applications and hardware over Bluetooth, BLE, USB, and Wi-Fi.
• Optimize startup time, memory usage, responsiveness, rendering, battery life, and network efficiency.
• Drive automated testing, CI/CD, progressive rollouts, feature flags, and release-quality processes.
• Track crash-free rates, performance budgets, defect trends, and production telemetry.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of professional client or frontend software development experience, with deep expertise in iOS, Android, or Electron/Angular.
• Strong device-connectivity experience with Bluetooth Classic, BLE and GATT, USB, Wi-Fi provisioning, and mDNS/SSDP discovery.
• Expertise in Swift, Kotlin, or TypeScript and the related native UI framework and concurrency model.
• Experience with backend APIs, embedded hardware integration, REST APIs, architecture patterns, automated testing, CI/CD, and application telemetry.
• At least one year of hands-on use of AI engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot, including practical AI/LLM integration.

• Experience evaluating emerging platform, AI, and tooling technologies for practical adoption.
